Vivit exists because the world loses when leaders stall.

If we add up the time that leaders delayed action because every day is full of distractions, we are centuries behind where we could be. That is why Vivit was established in 2012.

One assumes that if something got done, it must be superior to what didn’t happen. But too often, the only difference between the two is whether the leader had all they needed to make their idea a reality. What’s more: 95%+ of the time leaders don’t act on their idea at all.

Having known many leaders across diverse fields – the best of the best, with the right intentions and influence to match – we have honed our skill at extending their capability; at leveraging the little time any successful leader can dedicate to fresh ideas into measurable impact.

Since every system has good reasons for being exactly the way it is, we bring to the table a powerful fusion of expertise required for a sustained change. To practice what we preach, we commit to doing consulting differently:
