Vivit helps companies prepare for what is around the corner in part because we help shape it.

Specifically, our Founder and CEO Elena Bondareva has helped shape both voluntary (rating tools and policy) and regulatory (building codes and other regulation) mechanisms on five continents.

Most recently, we are proud to have shaped, via two separate Global Taskforces chaired by renowned expert and consisting of international leaders for a combined 2.5-year voluntary commitment by Elena, two rating tools reflecting the best science across public health, design, and social justice: the WELL Health-Safety Seal (i.e., the WELL Health-Safety Rating and the WELL Equity Rating by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).

Buildings are inherently about people. If people didn’t need shelter, we wouldn’t have buildings and their associated impacts. Optimizing buildings for people is as essential as addressing buildings’ direct environmental impacts. As such, we are proud to influence global discourse and standards for people-first places.
